THIS WALL MURAL APPROVAL is an amendment to the 2001 CCP Venue Agreement currently in effect between Kevin
Berg & Associates, Inc. d/b/a KBA Marketing Group ("KBA") and the owner (the "Venue Owner") of the business establishment
(the "Venue") described below. The following are defined terms for purposes of this Wall Mural Approval:

AMENDMENT TO 2001 CCP VENUE AGREEMENT. This Mural Approval constitutes an amendment to the 2001 CCP Venue
Agreement between KBA and the Venue Owner. The following provisions shall be added after the fourth and final sentence of Section
IV(D) of the Venue Agreement, entitled "Signage," including and referencing the Defined Terms set forth above:
"1. Wall Murals.
License Rights. During the Term, Venue Owner hereby licenses to KBA the exclusive use of the Wall Mural Area for the
following purposes: mounting advertising boards or panels upon the wall surface or painting the wall surface to create artwork
(the "Mural") that includes depictions of the Product and/ or related logo(s) or other trademark(s). The Mural shall be
designed and affixed in a manner exclusively determined by KBA. The Mural and its constituent elements, including boards
and panels placed on the Premises by KBA, shall not be deemed fixtures, but shall remain at all times the personal property of
KBA. KBA may remove the Mural and/ or said property from the Premises at any time, in KBA's sole discretion.

Payments. In addition to any other obligations of KBA under the Venue Agreement, KBA shall pay Venue Owner the Wall

Mural Payments according to the schedule set forth above.
Wall Mural Area Maintenance KBA may enter the Premises upon reasonable notice to perform repairs or make creative
changes to the Mural, in KBA's sole discretion. Venue Owner shall not permit the obstruction of the patrons' line of sight to
the Wall Mural Area or attach or affix any additional advertising or signage thereto. Venue Owner shall immediately nodf
KBA if clear and full visibility of the Wall Mural becomes impaired for any reason. Under no circumstances shall Venue
Owner or any of its employees alter, move, or remove the Wall Mural."
All other terms and conditions of the Venue Agreement shall remain in full force and effect
