I . Basis weight has been measured air dry by our QA group .
whereas it has been measured bone dry , then converted to
a value expected for air dry ( 5 %. moisture assumed)
by our supplier . The assumption for air dry (5 % moisture assumed
basis weight causes , error , leading to poor
agreement . Using
