Dear Mr. Jacobson:
We are the advertising agency for Coca-cola and prepare all
of the advertising for that product. Your letter to The Company
requesting scripts of radio and television commercials was
sent to us for handling. Sorry our response is late, but
I have been out of the office for several weeks.
I am attaching scripts of the following commercials:
Television and Radio Commercials - "Country Girl", "Bicycle"
"Buy The World A Coke", "Sing With Me", "Have A Good Day", "Raft".
These commercials were used on both television and radio and
represent the Main Thrust of our advertising message to consumers.
We use "song forms" commercials. Therefore, the attached
scripts are all song lyrics.
We have some other radio commercials for use on Black radio
stations and Country and Western stations, but they follow the
same general pattern as the attached.
In your letter, you refer to "an older radio commercial that
compared the caloric content of grapefruit and Coca-cola."
